Happy Friday everybody!
Next week will be a very exciting week for our school. We will be holding our 'Active Home Week 2020' from Monday 8th to Friday 12th June.
Every year Active School Week takes place and it is a very enjoyable and fun week for the children. As it is not possible for this to go ahead this year we invite all the families and staff to take part in our virtual active week and ask everybody to 'keep active while staying apart'.
The Active School Committee have been busy organising lots of fun activities and challenges for the week and we hope you all enjoy trying them. All activities are optional and are ideas only. We completely understand that families have lots of other commitments and varying schedules so may not be able to participate on a particular day. The activities for Active Home Week can be completed on any day that suits or can be divided up over a number of days. There is no set schedule for our Active Home Week, we are simply giving a suggested weekly schedule and providing a variety of activities to choose from to get your children active.
To find out what is happening each day check out the 'Active HOME Week 2020' section in the 'Active Schools Flag' tab on the website. Each day we will be posting a video of a Mystery Teacher performing a different challenge. See can you beat teacher each day!!
We would love you to share all your photos and videos with us from Active home week next week. Please email us your photos, videos and posters to svdpinfs@gmail.com. Please label your photos/ videos/ posters ‘Active Home Week’ with your child’s room number.
