Maths Week 2022 Marino College

We had a wonderful time in October for Maths Week 2022 visiting Marino College, where we had a fantastic workshop with the Students! ➕️➖️🎒✏️

The workshop was centred around two of our favourite Fairytales 🧚‍♀️📚 - Goldilocks and the Three Bears 🐻 and The Gingerbread Man 🦊👴👵🏼

The activities were all based on a STEM approach to learning, which includes science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The children had a wonderful time building boats from junk that float to successfully bring the Gingerbread Man across the river, planning and creating chairs to appropriate level of comfort for Golidlocks and much, much more!! 

We had such a fantastic time and we're so grateful to all who organised such a great morning and little trip for us all 🤗✨️
