RECYCLING
The Senior Girls' School is taking part in a WEEE pilot project collecting small electrical items in the school. WEEE Ireland will make a donation to LauraLynn for every bag they fill. Do you have any such items to donate?
The items they are collecting ( broken or working) include:
Kettles, toasters, sandwich makers, coffee machines, mobile phones & accessories, landline phones, MP3 players, laptops, leads & connectors, chargers, game consoles such as Xbox, juicers, irons, hand-mixers, blenders, radios, hair-dryers, straighteners, curlers, hair shavers, electric toothbrush, tablets, iPads, torches, remote controls – small items that can easily be brought to school.
The girls/teacher will collect the items tomorrow morning, Tuesday26th and Wednesday 26th June in the schoolyard near the prefabs.
Don’t forget to bring in your used batteries too!
