Reminder - Family Fun Day 10 June - volunteers and donations

Hi all, 

The Family Fun Day is fast approaching (just over 3 weeks away).  Excitement is building throughout the schools.  

Thank you to everyone who has put their name down to help.   At the moment we don't have anywhere near enough volunteers for the day, so we really need your help.  

I've listed the shifts to be covered and the jobs available.  Please can you take a look below and consider offering some of your time.   

Set-up: 10am to 1pm

Clean-up: 4pm to 6pm  

Shifts: 12:45-14:00 or 13:45-15:00 or 14:45-16:00  

Entrance sales/gatekeepers, Game token sales, Cake stall, Tea Coffee stall, Popcorn stall, Treasure Map, 
Can knockdown, Score a Goal, Guess how many, Ping Pong ball toss, Sponge toss, Wheel of fortune,
Penny Pitch, Beat the Dealer, Inflatable obstacle course, Face Painting and Nail salon, Pluck a Duck, Coin Drop

DONATIONS
If you can donate anything to be used as prizes for our wheel of fortune game that would be greatly appreciated.  Donations can be left in the large pink tub at the Infant school entrance.
