JUNIOR INFANTS
To the children in Room 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6: We can't believe that the school year is almost over and that this is the final home learning plan we are sending you while you are in Junior Infants! It has been an absolute pleasure having each and every one of you in our classes. You have brought so much joy, happiness and laughter to St. Vincent de Paul Infant School and we feel incredibly lucky to have been your teachers for your first year in our school. We are so proud of you all, Junior Infants. You have worked so hard throughout the year, you have made many friends and, most importantly, you've had a lot of fun along the way...and so have your teachers! You are more than ready for the challenge of Senior Infants. Enjoy a well-deserved break over the Summer. Keep busy and active, be kind to your family and friends, get outside for fresh air and have lots of fun.
To the Parents: Thank you so much for your hard work, engagement and motivation since the school closure. For the purposes of winding down, we are gradually reducing our suggested content to allow the children to transition as easily as possible to the school holidays. This plan is intended to carry through until the final school day.
Bainigí taitneamh as na laethanta saoire! (Enjoy the holidays!)
Keep safe and take care,
The Junior Infants' Team:
Jill Owens, Maria Coughlan, Niamh Loughran, Saoirse Geraghty, Jessica Sheane & Caroline Maher
From the SEN Team for all children Please note that the teaching videos will remain where they are for the summer and will move to Learning Support Section after that. A few more videos will be added during the next few weeks so watch them often. Great for ‘playing school’! Thanks for watching our teaching videos during Covid Closure; we hope you enjoyed them and please continue to watch them during the holidays..there's lots to be learned, Warm regards from the SET team, Ms Byrne, Ms O'Regan, Mrs O' Donnell, Ms Mc Creesh and Ms Mulligan
